Live-in Nanny – West London
A warm and welcoming family based in West London are looking for a kind, experienced live-in nanny to join their household on a long-term basis.
You will be joining a HNW family, within a relaxed, informal home, supporting a bright and affectionate 2.5-year-old girl, with a new baby due shortly. The family also have a 13-year-old daughter who is independent.
The role would suit a nurturing, emotionally intuitive nanny who enjoys being part of a collaborative household and can confidently support early years development.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for all child-related duties, working alongside a housekeeper and assistant in a well-run home. The role will involve a mix of sole and shared care, transitioning to more sole charge once the maternity nurse completes their placement.
The family are looking for someone who can bring a calm, positive energy to the home, while also being playful, engaging and development-focused with the children.
Key Responsibilities
Providing attentive and nurturing care for the children
Supporting the 2.5-year-old’s development through play, routine and daily activities
Planning engaging, age-appropriate outings, classes and learning opportunities
Preparing fresh, healthy meals for the children
Managing all nursery duties to a high standard
Maintaining clear and thoughtful communication with the parents
Working collaboratively with other household staff
Supporting with occasional proxy parenting and travel when required

A Spanish speaker would be a bonus, but is not essential.
Role Details
Live-in position (separate accommodation provided)
Typical hours: 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday
Occasional babysitting required
Travel during holidays may be requested
