Full-Time Nanny – Buckinghamshire (Live-Out)

Salary: Up to £20 gross per hour
Family: Boy aged nearly 4 and a 6-month-old baby boy
We’re working with a warm and welcoming family in rural Buckinghamshire who are looking for a reliable, emotionally intelligent nanny to support their growing family. This is a long-term, sole charge role ideal for someone down-to-earth, organised, and confident caring for both a preschooler and a baby.
Working Hours:
48 hours per week
3 days: 9:30am – 5:30pm (one day will always be a Friday)
2 days: 7:00am – 7:00pm
The longer days will vary each week, with as much notice given as possible
The Role:
Sole charge care of both children
Supporting the eldest with preschool routines, including drop-offs and pick-ups
Planning fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
Establishing and maintaining consistent routines and boundaries
Supporting early development, including speech and socialisation
Preparing healthy, nutritious meals for the children
Light nursery duties (children’s laundry, tidying toys, organising play areas)
Keeping children's areas clean, safe, and well-organised
Occasional babysitting may be requested
The Person:
Kind, responsible, and emotionally intuitive
Confident caring for both a young child and a baby simultaneously
Proactive, organised, and able to take initiative
Creative, fun, and engaging, with a good sense of humour
Strong communicator, able to work in partnership with busy parents
Must be a driver with their own car (essential, as both parents use their cars on longer working days)
