You will work proactively to keep the household organised and running smoothly, managing laundry and wardrobes, assisting with meals, and handling day-to-day errands. Job specification:
• Support with childcare and daily family routines, including morning & afternoon support, occasional evenings, and babysitting as needed
• Getting the children ready for the day, including packing school bags and preparing lunches/snacks
• Supporting child development and helping them reach age-appropriate milestones
• Provide homework assistance, engage the children in age-appropriate activities, and help foster a fun, nurturing environment
• Maintain a high standard of household organisation and tidiness, including laundry, ironing, organising children’s rooms and wardrobes, and light cleaning as required
• Liaise with and coordinate the cleaning company to ensure the home is consistently well maintained
• Support meal preparation, including simple family meals and cooking for the children
• Manage groceries, restocking, and general household errands
• Take a proactive approach, identifying and completing tasks independently
• Provide additional support when children are unwell or when extra help is required
• Remain flexible and available for occasional evening or weekend support

Accommodation: Own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with separate entrance

Candidate specification:
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English; an educational background and/or relevant qualification is an advantage
• Confident swimmer
• Reliable, discreet, trustworthy, caring, attentive, and friendly, has a genuine love for childcare
• Experience with multiples, and caring school age children
• Comfortable integrating into a family environment while maintaining clear professional boundaries
• Flexible and hands-on with a positive, proactive approach; able to take initiative and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation
• Comfortable balancing both childcare and housekeeping responsibilities
• EU passport holder, open to travel, and seeking a long-term position
