Hours: Saturday (with the option to add 2 mornings during the week)

About the Role:
We are a friendly family based in Romney Marsh, Kent, looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny to look after our 17-month-old child. This role is ideal for someone seeking a consistent weekend position, with the opportunity for additional weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing attentive and nurturing care for a 17-month-old child
Supporting daily routines including meals, naps, and playtime
Planning and engaging in age-appropriate, stimulating activities
Assisting with light household duties related to the child
Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the home
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment

Requirements:

Previous nanny or childcare experience (toddler experience essential)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Full right to work in the UK
Reliable, trustworthy, and organised
Warm, patient, and proactive approach

Desirable:

Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Relevant childcare qualifications
Experience working in a private household
Flexibility to take on additional weekday mornings
