Overview:
A warm, fully staffed household based in Paris (16th) is seeking an experienced and professional, native English MT, Rota Nanny to join an established team caring for two young boys; 18 months & 4.5 years. This is a shared-care role, working closely alongside a highly involved mother, requiring strong intuition, flexibility, and the ability to adapt between hands-on support and stepping back when appropriate. The children are bilingual (English/French) and the clients value education, Montessori-principles and gentle parenting. The successful candidate covering a 1–2 week rota schedule.

The Role:
Provide high-quality care for two children 4.5 and 18 months, working in a rota system alongside two other nannies. Work collaboratively within a team of three nannies, including:
~ The successful candidate covering a 1–2 week rota schedule.
~ Supporting both shared care and occasional sole charge, depending on the mother's schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
~ Full nursery duties (excluding main cooking).
~ Child-related laundry and wardrobe management.
~ Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of children’s spaces.
~ Toy rotation and age-appropriate developmental planning.
~ Preparing simple meals/snacks and reheating food (chef covers most cooking).
~ Supporting routines aligned with Montessori and gentle parenting principles.

Travel:
~ Regular international travel required, including: ski trips (3 times per year), summer stays in Corsica and the South of France.
~ Flexibility with rota schedule during travel periods is essential.

Candidate Requirements:
~ Native English speaker (mother tongue essential).
~ Previous rota nanny experience in private households.
~ Confident working in a fully staffed home environment.
~ Discreet, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent.
~ Strong understanding of early years development and educational approaches.
~ Comfortable around dogs (family has an 8-year-old spaniel).
~ French language skills are a bonus but not required.
~ Driving not essential.
