A warm and welcoming family in Wandsworth are seeking a loving, energetic and experienced live-out nanny to care for their happy one year old child. This is a sole-charge role for someone who is passionate about childcare and enjoys creating fun, engaging days in a nurturing environment.

Their little one is naturally inquisitive, sociable and enjoys sensory classes and stimulating activities. The parents are looking for a warm, friendly and bubbly nanny who takes a gentle approach while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries, using positive reinforcement and strong role modelling.

They would love someone who sees childcare as their vocation, is easy to get along with, and is happy to offer advice based on experience while respecting the parents’ preferences. This is a long-term position, and the family are keen to build a trusting relationship with their nanny.

Duties will include:
-Sole-charge care
-Planning fun, developmentally appropriate activities
-Taking the child to sensory classes and outings
-Nursery duties and batch cooking for the child
-Supporting the routine and bedtime

Role details:
Start Date: 20th July 2026
Hours: 2 days per week, 7:30am – 7:30pm (any two weekdays)
Salary: £20–£22 gross per hour
Extras: Occasional pre-arranged evening babysitting a bonus

The family would also be open to a few regular afternoons ahead of the start date so the nanny and child can get to know each other if this suits the candidate’s current role. The family do have a friendly dog so would require a nanny who was comfortable with this.
