A highly organised and respectful family seek a Norland Nanny to join a structured rota, working in close partnership with another experienced nanny and hands-on parents. This is a long-term role within a fully staffed household, suited to a professional who thrives in consistency, precision, and high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
· Full nursery duties to an exceptional standard
· Establishing and maintaining consistent routines (sleep, feeding, transitions)
· Planning and delivering thoughtful, age-appropriate activities
· Managing both children confidently as needs evolve
· School/nursery drop-offs and activity coordination
· Organising playdates and social exposure
· Preparing nutritious meals for children
· Wardrobe management and overall organisation
· Administering medication and liaising with medical professionals when required
· Travelling with the family and maintaining continuity of care

Candidate Profile
· Norland trained or equivalent (essential)
· Minimum 6 years’ experience
· Past ROTA experience
· Proven experience caring for multiple children
· Highly organised, calm, and methodical
· Confident in structured routine-building
· Discreet and experienced in staffed/private households
· Strong swimmer; enjoys outdoor activities
· Flexible, team-oriented, and reliable
