Part Time Nanny Role | Harpenden | June Start
£16 to £18 gph

A lovely, relaxed family based in Harpenden are looking for a warm, engaging nanny to care for their little girl on a long term basis.
This role will begin as one day per week (Wednesday or Thursday) from June, increasing to two days per week from September, offering a wonderful opportunity to grow with the family.

The Role
You will be caring for a happy, sociable toddler (around 15 months at the start of the role) who loves being out and about, attending classes, and spending time with others. She has a calm, content nature with a cheeky side, and enjoys a varied, stimulating day.

The family follow a gentle approach with elements of Montessori, encouraging independence, communication, and exploration.

Your days will include:
• Planning fun, age appropriate activities
• Attending local classes
• Organising playdates and trips to the park
• Preparing simple, nutritious meals and batch cooking
• Keeping play areas tidy and organised

Hours
• June to August: 1 day per week (Wednesday or Thursday)
• From September: 2 days per week
• Typical hours: 8am to 6pm

The Ideal Nanny
• Enhanced DBS / Paediatric First Aid / Checkable references
• Warm, kind and caring
• Fun, outgoing and playful
• Calm and patient approach
• Minimum 2 years experience within a nanny position
• Enjoys planning activities and being out and about
