We are a high-profile but very laid-back family working in the music industry. We are looking for a dedicated, career-level Nanny/Governess who wants to be a true part of the family. Our daughter is a bright, happy 5-year-old who has been raised with the help of wonderful nannies (our first stayed 4 years!), so she is very used to this dynamic and thrives with a professional caregiver.

The Setting:
We live in a central area of Milan in a detached villa with a little garden. You will have the best room in the house: a large, sunny private suite with a private bathroom, a full walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking our garden. We also have a wonderful housekeeper who comes in every day, so you can focus entirely on our daughter.

The Schedule & Role:
Morning Autonomy: Our daughter is in school until 15:30 (9 times out of 10 I pick her up from school - school is 5 minutes walking from home, she attends an international school). During the school year, your mornings and early afternoons are 100% yours to study, explore Milan, or just relax.
Weekend Commitment: Because of our work, we travel most weekends. You will be the "Proxy Parent" during this time, holding sole charge of the household.
Flexible Rest: In exchange for weekend work, we offer either the day off during the week or “batched" days off (e.g., 5 days in a row) so you can travel home or explore. We are very flexible—we believe there is a solution for everything as long as everyone is happy!
Travel: We travel as a family in Spring/Autumn to Sardinia (where you'll have your own room) and go on skiing trips in the winter.
Night Presence: You’ll hold the baby monitor at night for the rare nightmare, ensuring the house stays quiet and everyone feels safe.

Requirements:
Language: Native or 100% fluent English. We don't care where you are from, as long as your English is top-tier! (Bilingual Italian is a plus but absolutely not a requirement - if you don’t speak Italian at all we’ll be happy to help). We speak English at home!

Experience: Proven experience in high-profile or HNW households.
Character: Proactive, organized, and capable of "running the show" without us hovering. We value independence.
Contract: 100% official Italian work contract. Salary + 13th month + TFR. EU Passport or valid Italian work permit required.
