A distinguished family based between Jeddah and Riyadh, KSA is seeking a highly experienced, calm, and nurturing Full-Time Maternity Nurse to provide exceptional newborn and postpartum support for their baby expected mid June 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional maternity nurse who is confident, knowledgeable, and dedicated to offering premium newborn care in a supportive and well-organised household.

Position Details
Position: Maternity Nurse
Start Date: 1st JUne 2026
Location: Jeddah / Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Working Arrangement: Live-in
Accommodation: shared bedroom and bathroom with the newborn for a the first months while in Jeddah and private ensuite bedroom when the family returns to Riyadh
Schedule: 24/7 coverage with daily rest breaks
Contract: Full-time, sole charge of the newborn
Salary: 250–300 euros per 24 hour-shift, depending on experience

The maternity nurse will have a night-time sleep break of 8–10 hours, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner breaks, coordinated with the household nannies and aligned with the baby’s needs.

Responsibilities
You will provide full, high-standard newborn care and professional support to the family, including:
Provide complete newborn care including feeding, burping, diaper changes, and bathing
Support and settle the baby overnight
Establish healthy sleep routines, feeding patterns, and age-appropriate schedules
Sterilise bottles, breast pumps, and all feeding equipment
Maintain detailed records of feeding times, sleep patterns, and nappy changes
Ensure a calm, sanitary, and organised nursery environment
Postpartum & Parental Support
Offer reassurance, guidance, and gentle postpartum support to the mother
Assist with breastfeeding or formula feeding according to the family’s preferences
Provide lactation support if qualified
Give evidence-based advice on newborn care, health, and early development
Communicate clearly and respectfully with parents, adapting to their routines and cultural preferences
Handle light nursery-related tasks, including baby laundry, sanitising items, and maintaining cleanliness
Follow all newborn hygiene and safety standards

Ideal Candidate
The family is seeking a maternity nurse who is:
Exceptionally experienced with newborns and postpartum care
Gentle, patient, calm, and able to create a reassuring atmosphere
Confident working in a sole-charge position
Professional, discreet, and respectful of family privacy
Organised, clean, and meticulous with routines
Fully qualified with newborn care certifications, First Aid, and CPR
Comfortable living-in and working in a structured household environment
