AH132: Full-time Nanny, East Sheen, SW14

About the Family:
We are delighted to be working with a wonderful family seeking a dedicated, flexible and proactive nanny who shows initiative to join their household. The family consists of two energetic and fun children: a 5-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy, and a newborn girl arriving in April. They also have a friendly spaniel, so a dog lover would be ideal!

The Role:
This is a full-time position combining elements of nanny. The successful candidate will be someone who is willing to help and get 'stuck in' with various tasks around the home while the eldest are at school and childcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive and nurturing childcare as required
- Helping with school drop-offs and pick-ups
- Organising and supervising engaging playdates, age-appropriate activities, and educational outings to support the children's social and cognitive development
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children, with assistance in family cooking and meal preparation as needed
- Supporting with household management duties including children's laundry and tidying play areas. When the children are at school, this family would love someone who is willing to help across general support tasks (to be discussed)
- Providing household PA support such as managing food shopping, birthday parties, school projects etc
- Offering occasional evening and weekend babysitting to support the parents' schedule
- Maintaining open communication with parents about children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Adapting flexibly to the family's changing needs, particularly during the newborn transition period
- Willingness to accompany the family on one holiday per year (desirable but not essential)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am - 5:30pm (with flexibility)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Up to £55k PA

The Ideal Candidate:
- Low ego with a helpful, can-do attitude
- Understands that parenting support involves more than just childcare tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to the family's changing needs
- Discreet and able to read situations
- Experience with newborns and multiple children
- Dog lover preferred
- Willing to travel for one family holiday per year (desirable)
- Open to Junior nannies
- Driver not required
