Salary: £39,000 to £46,800 gross per annum (depending on experience)

Children Age: G7 months and G 3 years old

Contract length: Permanent

Intervals of pay: Monthly

Notice Period: Statutory notice period during probation, 4 weeks upon successful completion of probation

Working Days & hours: Monday to Friday, or four days during the week plus one weekend day, 2pm to 8pm

Start Date: ASAP – but can wait for the right person

Job Summary: A warm and busy family are seeking a proactive, organised, and flexible Nanny Housekeeper to support their home and children. This is a long-term position suited to someone who enjoys a varied role combining childcare, household management, and light PA duties.

There is the opportunity for additional hours, including occasional weekends and/or late evenings (e.g. babysitting), depending on the candidate’s availability.

Job specification:
• Supporting mum with the youngest child as needed (e.g. when she steps out)
• Afternoon care and playtime
• Assisting with bath and bedtime routines
• Occasional sole charge when required
• Keeping the home organised, tidy, and running smoothly
• Laundry and occasional ironing
• Cleaning and resetting the kitchen after cooking
• Laying the table and general household upkeep
• Grocery shopping and managing online food shops
• Running errands (e.g. post office, local tasks)
• Organising household purchases
• Booking travel, activities, and family events
• Assisting with planning (e.g. parties, outings)
• Ensuring the family has everything they need day-to-day
• Preparing healthy, balanced meals for the children
• Cooking for the parents is a bonus
• Alternatively, assisting with meal prep (e.g. washing/chopping vegetables)

Candidate specification:
• Experienced in both childcare and private household support
• Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on
• Warm, engaging, and confident with young children
• Flexible and happy to support where needed
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude


Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
