A warm and welcoming family based in Belsize Park are seeking an experienced, professional and highly engaging Norland live out nanny. The role involves caring for three children aged 8 years (B), 5 years (G) and 2 months (G) working on a mixture of both sole and shared charge alongside Mum and current afterschool Nanny of 7 years! The position will focus primarily on the baby during the earlier part of the day, supporting developmental milestones, maintaining routine and providing a nurturing, stimulating environment, whilst afternoons may include coordinating school pick-ups, accompanying the older children to activities or continuing care of the baby depending on the family’s daily schedule. Working Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:45pm, with flexibility required, as well as occasional babysitting and proxy parenting. The nanny must be a strong team player, able to communicate professionally with both parents and wider household staff, confident using technology for child-related tasks and adaptable to the needs of a busy family environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, organised and passionate about child development, confident creating engaging age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, encouraging positive behaviour and manners and building strong bonds with the children. Housekeeper and Chef also employed. Flexibility to travel during school holidays is essential including travel to the family home in Marbella for 4-5 weeks during the Summer! A driver is preferred when located in Spain and a car is able to be provided on duty. A German or Russian speaker would be a bonus.
