Overview
A professional, high-profile family based in the heart of St John’s Wood is seeking a dedicated and passionate Career Nanny / Governess to support the development of their 15-month-old child.

This is a role for a childcare expert who views their work as a profession, not just a job. The family values education, structured routines, and a nurturing environment. You will have full autonomy to shape the daily life of a thriving toddler, ensuring they are reaching every developmental milestone through play, exploration, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
Educational Development: Design and implement age-appropriate activities based on "Learning through Play." You will focus on language acquisition, motor skills, and sensory exploration.

Curated Meal Management: Create weekly nutritional menus. You will be responsible for sourcing fresh ingredients and cooking healthy, organic, and delicious meals that foster a sophisticated palate from a young age.

Routine & Structure: Maintain a seamless daily schedule (naps, hygiene, and play) that provides the child with a sense of security and consistency.

London as a Classroom: Organize enriching outings to local parks, museums, and toddler classes, utilizing the best of what London has to offer.

Household Organization: Manage the child’s wardrobe, toy rotation, and nursery organization to the highest standards.

Travel & Flexibility: Occasionally accompany the family on international trips, ensuring the child’s routine remains stable across different time zones.

The Ideal Candidate
Pedigree: A background in early childhood education (Cache Level 3, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Experience: Proven experience working with toddlers (12–24 months) in private households.

Passion: Someone who is genuinely excited about child development and brings high energy, creativity, and warmth to the home.

Professionalism: Discreet, punctual, and able to maintain clear, assertive communication with parents regarding the child’s progress.

Health-Conscious: An active individual who enjoys being outdoors and understands the importance of physical development and nutrition.

Package & Benefits
