Nanny Job Specification
Position: Nanny (Live-in or Live-out)
Start Date: 1 June (Fixed term until December – potential extension)
Location: Perth, Scotland and Prague
Child: One Boy aged 5 in June
Schedule: 5 days per week, approximately 12 hours per day
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Driving: Essential – car can be provided
About the Role
A professional and discreet nanny is sought to support a busy family caring for their son, who turns 5 in June. The position requires flexibility as the mother works and schedules may change. The father is often working in Scotland. Full discretion essential and the ability to be able to leave the family to have time alone.
The role will focus on providing attentive childcare, supporting development, and helping the child transition between countries and into school starting in September.
The household is well staffed with a groundskeeper and part-time housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities
Childcare
• Provide attentive, nurturing care for the child
• Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Travelling between Prague and Scotland so meet the parents when alone.
• Packing and organising his wardrobe.
• Support emotional, social, and educational development
• Assist with school preparation and routines once school begins
Daily Routine
• Manage daily schedule including meals, activities, and outings
• Encourage play, learning, and independence
• Assist with homework or school preparation from September
Transport
• School runs and activities as required
• Driving the child to outings, playdates, or appointments
Travel
• Travel may be required with the family
• Overtime will be provided during travel periods
