Exciting opportunity for a Spanish speaking live in or live out Nanny/PA sought to assist a family based in Palma, Mallorca! The Nanny will be responsible in caring for two boys aged 5 and 3.5 years on a sole charge basis (with occasional aspects of shared charge). The family are seeking a creative, energetic and enthusiastic candidate who is competent in supporting a busy, active household while maintaining a calm structure. The successful Nanny will be warm yet firm, bubbly, outgoing and confident in setting boundaries while creating a fun, structured environment, strong organisational skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude; a confident swimmer is essential due to the home swimming pool. Core responsibilities include full nursery duties, maintaining consistent daily routines, and supporting the children’s development through structured, creative and engaging activities, alongside school and activity runs (including violin and swimming), light PA duties during school hours such as diary and household coordination, errands, grocery shopping, travel planning, meal preparation for the children, wardrobe management and overall organisation of the children’s schedules, with occasional proxy parenting, babysitting and travel required including trips to Germany. Working 5 days per week, 40 hours per week. Housekeeper and Gardener employed. Accommodation provided is own bedroom with en-suite and kitchenette. A driver is essential and a car will be provided on duty. Role to commence ASAP. Offering a salary of £1000pwn (£74,489gpa) with some flexibility depending on experience and qualifications.
