Job Summary

A private client based in Notting Hill is seeking a professional and reliable live-out Housekeeper to manage the day-to-day housekeeping across their London properties.

The role will involve maintaining two properties in proximity — a large residence in Ladbroke Square and two studio properties in Stanley Gardens. The main residence spans seven floors with a lift and includes several living spaces and a swimming pool area.

The client travels frequently and can be away for 2–4 months throughout the year, so the successful candidate must be confident working independently and maintaining high standards of organisation and cleanliness throughout the properties.

You will be working alongside a Part-time Housekeeper, Property Manager and PA, making this an ideal role for a professional housekeeper experienced in structured private households.

Job Specification
Full housekeeping across two London properties
Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation
Laundry and ironing, including care of delicate garments
Changing bed linens and managing household linens
Keeping kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas immaculate
Ordering and managing cleaning supplies and household products
Managing grocery and food orders when required
Receiving and organising deliveries
Monitoring household stock levels and replenishing items as needed
Reporting maintenance issues within the property
Ensuring the security of the property when on duty
Supporting general household organisation and tidiness
Occasional errands if required
Cooking is a bonus but not essential

Candidate Specification
Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Housekeeper in a private household
Experience maintaining multiple properties for one employer is advantageous
Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy
Highly organised and proactive
Comfortable working independently
Confident maintaining high standards across large properties
Strong attention to detail
Languages – Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Italian would be a bonus
Excellent checkable references
