We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable individual to join a busy household in a dynamic, hybrid role combining personal assistance, childcare and home management.
This is a Monday–Friday position requiring someone who is confident juggling priorities, quick to act and able to seamlessly move between home and office-based tasks. Standard working hours are 12:00pm – 7:00pm, with one late babysitting evening per week incorporated into the schedule. On late evenings, transport home via cab will be provided.
Childcare experience is essential, particularly with early teenage years, along with a calm, capable approach. We are looking for someone who can take on a ‘big sister’ style role, building a strong, stable and positive bond.
The ideal candidate will be flexible in their working style, exceptionally well-organised and able to anticipate needs, manage competing demands and keep day-to-day life running smoothly. Confidence in cooking is essential, including preparing meals for the family in line with the nanny contract. Food will be provided during working hours.
Key Requirements:
• Full, clean driver’s licence essential
• Strong background in childcare, ideally with early teens
• An up-to-date DBS check is required
• First Aid certification preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, hands on and proactive mindset
• Discreet, reliable and professional
