My wife Rose and I live in Bath with our two boys (2 and 4), and we're looking for someone to provide 14-18 hours of childcare a week, mainly for our youngest. This would be a full day either on Tuesday or Thursday (exact hours flexible, minimum 8), and then half days after school (school till (and including) bedtime, so around 2.30-3 PM until 7-7.30 PM) on other days of the week. Start month would ideally be September, but this can be later in the year if needed.

If possible (not a requirement), it would be good to find someone with a driving license and a car so that pickups can become an option too. We'd like someone willing to cook for the children and do some washing as well.

Obviously every parent says this, but our boys are really delightful - sweet, smiley, and gentle. Our eldest loves imagination play, board games and puzzles, our youngest loves trains, cars, playing with balls, and exploring and climbing, and both of them love going out into the garden, especially if it means going on the trampoline! We don't have a specific parenting style, I suppose we're in the direction of gentle parenting, leading with kindness, but having firm boundaries.
