A private international family based in Paphos, Cyprus is seeking a highly experienced, mature and professional Rota Maternity Nanny to join their household ahead of the arrival of their first child.
This is a long-term, career position within a fully staffed residence. The family is looking for a committed candidate who is seeking stability and longevity within a rota role. This is not a temporary maternity placement.
The Role
The family is open to either a flexible full-time structure or establishing a rota system with two experienced maternity nannies.
Availability required for 5–7 days per week, depending on structure
Rota options include day/night rota 4 days on/off or up to 2-week rotations
24/7 responsibility while on duty
Full responsibility for all night care during shifts
The position will evolve as the child grows, with extensive international travel from approximately 4 -6 months onward.
Key Responsibilities
Sole-charge care of a newborn from birth
Full management of night-time care
Establishing and maintaining feeding and sleep routines
Supporting early developmental milestones
Managing routines during frequent international travel
Maintaining nursery organisation and all baby-related duties
Working seamlessly within a fully staffed household

Candidate Profile
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in private households
Extensive, recent newborn and maternal experience
Proven experience in rota roles and night care ( minimum 3 years of newborn experience)
Confident supporting infants during international travel
Background in nursing or midwifery highly desirable
Eu passport

Confident working long rota shifts
Fluent in English

The family has a strong preference for candidates already based in Cyprus, ideally local to the Paphos area.
However, exceptional international candidates will be considered, with flights and relocation support provided.
Package

Salary from €4,000 net per month (negotiable depending on experience)
Salary paid year-round
Private accommodation provided
Flights provided for non-local candidates
All travel expenses covered
