Job Summary:
A family based just outside Winchester is seeking a full-time nanny, open to both live-in (Monday–Friday) and live-out arrangements. The role involves caring for a 3-month-old baby while Mum works from home, alongside occasional support for a 27-month-old toddler who attends nursery. The opportunity to travel on a few short European trips each year and a family holiday.
Responsibilities include sole care of the baby during working hours, supporting the routines, bottle-feeding expressed milk, and managing naps and playtime. There will also be occasional toddler duties such as nursery drop-offs and pick-ups. Child-related housekeeping includes keeping play areas tidy, children’s laundry, and preparing meals for the toddler. The family is looking for someone with solid newborn experience, confidence with routines, and prior professional nanny experience. A driver is required (car provided), French is a bonus, and flexibility is important. Live-in accommodation includes a private bedroom and shared bathroom.

General Duties:
• Sole care of a 3-month-old baby during working hours
• Support breastfeeding routine and bottle-feed expressed milk
• Manage naps, routines, and age-appropriate play
• Occasional care of a 27-month-old toddler (nursery drop-off and pick-up)
• Keep children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy
• Children’s laundry
• Prepare meals for the toddler
• Light kitchen upkeep related to the children
• Travel with the family for short European trips and holidays

Candidate Requirements:
• Proven newborn experience
• Previous professional nanny experience
• Strong understanding of routines, especially sleep and naps
• Confident, flexible, and reliable
• Comfortable working alongside a work-from-home parent
• Driver’s licence required (car provided)
• French language skills desirable (not essential)
• Open to live-in or live-out arrangements
