Rota Baby Nanny - Candidates will ideally be London-based.

A young, dynamic UHNW family is seeking an exceptional Rota Baby Nanny to join them on a long-term basis, caring for their 6 month old baby. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mature, warm, confident and proactive nanny to play a key role in a child’s early years within a supportive, relaxed and collaborative environment.

The parents are very hands-on and keen to build a trusting, positive partnership. They value initiative, emotional intelligence and sound judgement, and are looking for someone who can integrate seamlessly into family life.
The ideal candidate will be warm, fun and engaging, professional yet approachable, and confident yet adaptable, with the ability to read situations and respond appropriately.

* Provide attentive, nurturing care for a young baby
* Support and adapt routines around sleep, feeding and daily structure
* Plan and deliver stimulating, developmentally appropriate activities
* Support key milestones including weaning, physical development and early learning
* Manage all nursery duties
* Plan ahead to ensure smooth day-to-day organisation
* Work collaboratively with parents, offering supportive, non-directive guidance
* Travel with the family in the UK and internationally, including occasional stays at their country property
* Remain flexible as routines evolve

Requirements
* Extensive experience caring for babies, with strong knowledge of early development, sleep and routines
* Proactive, organised and confident working independently
* Calm, adaptable and an excellent communicator
* Able to offer guidance in a collaborative and supportive way
* Emotionally perceptive with strong judgement
* Warm, creative and engaging
* Discreet and comfortable in a private household
* Flexible with travel and changing schedules
* Comfortable around pets
* Driving licence

Accommodation
Private bedroom with ensuite whilst on duty

Hours
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (24-hour cover whilst on duty)

London, with travel to the family’s country property + international travel
