A warm and welcoming family based in Notting Hill is seeking an experienced weekend nanny to care for their three young children (G4.5, B20 months, B5 months). This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a professional, playful, and intuitive nanny who enjoys working as part of a collaborative household team. The family values kindness, gentle communication, and clear, consistent boundaries.

The household is fully staffed, including a weekday nanny (Monday–Thursday) and housekeepers. One housekeeper travels with the family to their countryside home when required.

Schedule: Friday–Sunday (live-in)
Accommodation: Provided during working days
Locations: Notting Hill, London + regular weekends in the Cotswolds (Oxfordshire)

Responsibilities:

Provide nurturing, engaging care for three young children.
Manage a mix of sole charge and shared care with parents and staff.
Plan age-appropriate, development-focused activities.
Maintain a calm, structured, and positive environment.
Support daily routines and adapt to family dynamics.
Prepare simple, healthy meals for the children.
Keep children’s areas tidy and organised.
Assist with packing and organisation for travel (UK and international).
Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

Confident managing multiple young children.
Strong English skills (supporting early learning).

Requirements:
Solid and stable employment history.
Experience in London private households (Notting Hill experience a bonus).
Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid, and excellent checkable references.
Driver preferred but not essential.
