A highly respected British-Indian UHNW family are currently based in London and are ready to interview and begin the role immediately. The family will then return to their home in Dubai Hills Estate, where the role will continue on a structured 3-week rota alongside another Norland nanny.
Their newborn has recently arrived, and the family are seeking an exceptional Norland-trained nanny to join their household from the very beginning. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity — the family have built an outstanding team around them, with Norland nannies working across the wider family and a professional support structure already firmly in place, including nursing staff and an Indian night nurse. The successful candidate will step into a household that is warm, well-organised and deeply committed to the highest standard of care.

The role is entirely focused on newborn care and early infant development, with full responsibility for feeding, sleep, settling and hygiene routines, working in close collaboration with the nursing team and providing continuity and consistency throughout the day. The role also involves international travel, and candidates must be comfortable maintaining consistent standards of care across different environments.


Thorough written and verbal handovers are essential to ensure seamless continuity of care between rota partners. Discretion, professionalism and a long-term commitment are highly valued. Familiarity with South Asian household customs and rhythms is warmly welcomed.
The ideal candidate will be Norland-trained, genuinely confident with newborns, and experienced in rota work within UHNW households. A composed, emotionally attuned approach and the ability to work as part of a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team are essential.
