Full-Time Housekeeper / Nanny

Location: Oxshott, Surrey
Hours: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
Salary: £40,000 per year
Start Date: As soon as possible

Hummingbird Homestaff Ltd is currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and caring Full-Time Housekeeper/Nanny on behalf of a lovely family based in Oxshott.

This is a primarily housekeeping-focused role within a warm and welcoming household, with care of two young children aged 3 years and a newborn baby.

The role will include:

Housekeeping (main focus):

Full cleaning and upkeep of the home to a high standard
Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation
Keeping the home clean, tidy, and well organised at all times
Kitchen management, including loading/unloading dishwasher and maintaining stock
General household organisation and light errands as required

Childcare support:

Assisting with care of a 3-year-old and newborn baby (working alongside parents)
Supporting daily routines, including playtime, feeding, and settling
Helping to maintain a calm and structured home environment
Occasional sole charge when required
The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in both housekeeping and childcare (newborn experience essential)
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Calm, gentle, and confident with young children
Reliable, discreet, and able to use initiative
Comfortable working in a busy household environment
Requirements:
Previous private household experience
Newborn and toddler experience essential
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
Excellent references
