Warm, first-time, hands-on parents are seeking a loving, confident, and gentle night nanny to support the care of their baby daughter, born mid-March starting ASAP/1st June. They would like a night nurse to work 4 nights per week: Sunday to Wednesday or Monday to Thursday for 2 months until approx. the end of July.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive newborn experience and a very calm, knowledgeable, and nurturing approach. You will play a key role in guiding the parents through the early months, offering reassurance, practical advice, and hands-on support as they grow in confidence.

This is a collaborative role, working in partnership with the parents to support their daughter’s development and establish healthy routines over time. You will provide guidance on all aspects of early infancy, including feeding and sleep.

Mum is currently combining breastfeeding, expressing, and formula feeding. She would value gentle support in establishing more baby led structure and rhythm as time progresses, with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach.

The baby is doing really well and sleeping between 5 to 7 hours through the night. They have started to create some night time structure and she is responding well to this.
