Full time nanny is needed to start in June for 3 children boys aged 10, 8 & 4. Term time hours are 7.30am-7pm with a break through the middle of the day. Term will be 8am till 7pm but 6pm Fridays. Term time, involves school drop off at 8.30am. Once related household management work is done, there is a gap during the day for the nanny to use as they see fit, before school pick up at 3.30pm. Holidays (and times when a child is sick) are full day. You must be a driver and you have access to automatic car. Overall, it is important to the family that the nanny creates a strong relationship with the boys, spending time with them, getting excited about their passions, and advocating for their interests. All boys love playing at the Hurlingham Club, swimming, playing tennis and exploring the adventure playground. They love anything to do with sports (football, cricket, athletics) and have a passion for being outside, building dens and getting muddy. A nanny who also enjoys nature and who is energetic and enthusiastic is a great fit for this family. The family is also looking for a nanny who is confident in cooking and preparing healthy meals for the boys. Someone who is confident in helping with homework and who has an educational approach is important as they are starting to prepare for 11+ exams. A nanny who is interested in making connections with other nannies supporting the boys friends would work well, as there is a good network of connected nannies for each of their friendship groups. During the nanny's break time, she is more than welcome to stay at the house (including use of home gym if desired), preparing for the afternoon or going out to explore. Babysitting evenings are on basis of 1 night every 2 weeks.
