Job Summary:
This family are seeking a confident and experienced live-out nanny to provide wrap-around care for their two boys aged 9 and 5. The family are looking for someone nurturing yet firm, who can create a calm, structured environment while maintaining clear communication with the parents. Reliability and strong English skills are particularly important, as the role includes supporting homework, routines, and day-to-day organisation.
This is a long-term position offering term-time wrap-around hours, additional cooking hours during the week, and full-time hours throughout school holidays and half terms. The ideal candidate will be confident driving in London, with experience managing children’s routines independently. A childcare or educational background would be highly valued, along with confidence managing food allergies and preparing healthy meals for the children.

General Duties:
• School preparation and morning routines
• School drop-offs and pick-ups
• Supporting homework and evening routines
• Preparing healthy meals for the children
• Managing children’s food allergies safely and confidently
• Creating a calm, structured, and caring environment
• Maintaining open communication with parents
• Children’s laundry and light housekeeping related to the children
• Organising children’s belongings and play areas
• Sole charge care during working hours

Candidate Specifications:
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
• Strong English skills.
• Confident driver with experience driving in London
• Experienced supporting school-aged children and homework
• Able to provide calm structure and boundaries
• Trustworthy, mature, and professional approach
• Confident managing multiple food allergies (eggs, nuts, coconut, and sesame allergies)
• Childcare qualifications or educational background highly desirable
