Salary: LIVE OUT: £17-£19 gph, £48,000 - £54,500 gpa, LIVE IN: £750-£800 gpw, £39,000 - £41,600 gpa

Overview:
Their current nanny is sadly returning to her country, so they are hoping to find someone kind, proactive and confident with young twins who can become part of family life long term. The role can be either live-in or live-out depending on the right person. The role will involve a mixture of mother’s help and sole charge care, with occasional proxy parenting when needed.

The family are relaxed, chatty and easy-going, and they would love someone energetic and engaging who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and supporting their development through play, outings and routine. Travel is an important part of the role, as the family regularly spend time at their home in Spain, so they are looking for someone flexible and happy travelling with them.

Duties:

The role will involve all standard nursery duties related to twins, including preparing meals and snacks, supporting naps and routines, changing nappies and planning fun, age-appropriate activities throughout the day. The nanny will support the twins’ development through play, outings, sensory activities, reading and outdoor adventures while creating a calm and engaging environment.
Responsibilities will also include keeping children’s areas tidy and organised, washing and organising the children’s clothes and belongings, preparing for outings and helping maintain smooth day-to-day routines within the home. The parents manage bedtime themselves, although occasional babysitting and proxy parenting may be required.
The family are looking for someone confident caring for multiple young children, happy working both independently and alongside the parents, and comfortable adapting between sole charge and shared care depending on the day.
