Full-time German-speaking Nanny needed in Old Street, London - Separate Accommodation

A lovely family, first-time parents based in Old Street, London, are looking for an experienced and qualified German-speaking Nanny to join their household ahead of the arrival of their baby in August 2026.

The role can be Live-out, or Live-in with possibility of Separate Accommodation.

The role will begin at the end of October 2026, when the baby will be around two months old. A maternity nurse will be in place for the first three months, so the nanny will be joining a household where the baby is already in a settled routine.

Initially the Nanny will be working alongside mum in a shared care arrangement, with the schedule and days and hours becoming clearer as the role takes shape. From the end of January 2027, when the baby reaches 6 months and mum returns to work, the position will move to full-time with more hours.

Requirements:
- Fluent German to native or bilingual level is essential
- Must have extensive experience with babies from birth
- Recognised childcare qualification (such as NNEB, CACHE Level 3 or equivalent)
- Flexible and adaptable, as the family are first-time parents who will shape the role as they go and as the baby's needs become clearer
- Happy to travel with the family for holidays of up to two weeks, to Germany and other European destinations

Details:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week
- Salary Offered: up £80,000 gross per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
