Nanny
A warm, professional and caring family based in Islington are excited to find an experienced, kind and engaging LIVE-IN nanny to care for their delightful 18-month-old daughter. This is a long-term position with a family who deeply values their nanny and is looking for someone to become a trusted and integral part of their child’s early development.
Their little girl is 18 months old and is curious, cheerful, and full of life. She loves books, water play, drawing, Duplo, and imaginative play, and already has a great routine in place. The family takes a child-centred, screen-free approach to parenting, with kindness, communication, and learning through play at its heart.
As first-time parents, they are seeking a nanny who is confident, experienced, and able to offer guidance and support around routines, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate activities. The role will involve taking initiative in planning the child’s day-to-day needs, outings, classes, and general organisation of her routine.
The Ideal Candidate is warm, calm, and genuinely passionate about the early years. You understand toddler development and take real pride in creating a rich, engaging environment where children can thrive. You're the kind of nanny who plans ahead, uses your initiative, and communicates openly with parents.
The nanny will have a self-contained living space on the lower ground floor, offering excellent privacy and independence. This includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and comfortable living area. You're welcome to live-in at weekends or return home, whichever suits your lifestyle.
A weekly babysitting session is required and included within the salary package (typically Thursday evening, with flexibility between Monday and Thursday).
