After-School Nanny Needed – Stockwell / Clapham (SW9 / SW4)

We are a friendly family looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable after-school nanny to help care for our three daughters (ages 2, 4, and 6) from September 2026.

The role will primarily involve collecting our two older daughters from school on Clapham Common (SW4) and caring for all three children at our home near Stockwell (SW9). We are looking for someone with experience caring for young children who can confidently support different ages and stages.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

* School pick-up (and occasional nursery pick-up)
* Supervising and assisting with homework
* Planning and engaging the children in fun, creative, and educational activities
* Preparing and serving supper
* Supporting the children’s evening routine, including bath time and bedtime
* Occasional babysitting by mutual agreement

Key Details

* Start Date: September 2026 (with the option to start from mid-August)
* Hours: Approximately 12–15 hours per week
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
* Some flexibility will be helpful to accommodate after-school clubs, school holidays, and occasional evening babysitting
* We would also welcome someone interested in taking on additional hours for morning school drop-offs
* Care Arrangement: A combination of sole charge and shared care, as Mum regularly works from home
* Location: Stockwell / Clapham (SW9 / SW4)
* Pay: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience

About Our Family

We are a relaxed, close-knit family with three happy, active girls. They love drawing, reading, ballet, music and imaginative play. Our two older daughters enjoy cycling and scootering, and the youngest is keen to keep up with her sisters. While we enjoy London life, we enjoy weekends in the countryside and holidays in Cornwall.

We are looking for someone warm, dependable, and engaging who will become a valued part of our family life.
