A great opportunity for a Temporary Housekeeper, July 1st Start, Full Time Live in Nanny/Housekeeper. Wadhurst. East Sussex
A busy family who live in a rural area of Wadhurst East Sussex need a hands on temporary live in Housekeeper from 1st July to 31st July. If the candidate is local, the family will consider live out.
The position is for someone who has experience in housekeeping roles, and is comfortable with keeping on top of cleaning, laundry and deep cleaning, cooking for the family is not essential, but a little food preparation would be an added bonus to the family. They outsource a bedding laundry service, so that the candidate can focus on with other activities in keeping on top of the cleaning of the home. It is essential that the candidate has experience in cleaning fine fabrics and antiques.
The position is rural so the candidate will need to drive to the house, however the family will provide a car for both on and off duty (if live in).
The live in accommodation provided is a separate annex, however you will have to provide your own food for your own breakfast and dinner.
The family have 3 children, however there is a nanny employed to take charge of them, the housekeeper will need to do the children’s laundry and some of the cleaning of the children’s rooms.
A very sweet Caverpoo dog is also part of the family, and will need dropping at doggy daycare.

Location of the job: Wadhurst, East Sussex.
Minimum experience Level for this job: it is essential the candidate has experience in professional housekeeping duties.
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS is essential before application.
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: no formal qualifications are required.
Hours of work: 8am – 4.30pm – flexibility is essential.
Days required: Monday to Friday
Pets in the home: Yes a Caverpoo (who is very sweet)
A driver with a clean licence a car can be provided for on and off duty.
Accommodation: a separate annex.
Job Start Date: 1st July.
Job End Date: 31st July.
Pay: £3,519 Gross for the month (£18 per hour)
