Job Summary:

A lovely family based in TN20 are seeking an experienced, caring, and proactive nanny to provide sole-charge care for their two children aged 3 years and 11 months. This is a permanent position starting in September, working 3 days per week, with the family offering flexibility on which days are worked.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where both children can thrive. Duties will include planning age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones, preparing healthy meals and snacks, maintaining routines, and carrying out all nursery duties.

The family are looking for a warm and engaging nanny who enjoys spending time outdoors, encouraging learning through play, and supporting the children's social, emotional, and physical development. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and confident caring for both a toddler and a young baby.

Candidate specification:

• Previous professional nanny experience caring for children of similar ages
• Strong understanding of child development and developmental milestones
• Experience caring for both babies and toddlers simultaneously
• Warm, nurturing, and engaging approach to childcare
• Confident working on a sole-charge basis
• Proactive and able to use initiative
• Enjoys planning educational and age-appropriate activities
• Happy organising outings, playdates, and outdoor activities
• Knowledge of weaning, feeding routines, and sleep schedules
• Happy preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Willing to undertake all nursery duties
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
