Job Summary

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced maternity nurse who enjoys supporting growing families and helping parents navigate the newborn stage with confidence. A family based in Zurich are seeking an experienced Maternity Nurse to support them following the arrival of their second baby, due in early January. With a toddler already in the home, the family are looking for somebody who can provide expert newborn support while helping them balance the needs of both children. Breastfeeding support will be a key part of the role. Mum hopes to breastfeed but experienced challenges with feeding her first baby and would value a knowledgeable and supportive professional who can help guide her through the early weeks. The family are open-minded and may combination feed if required, with the priority being a positive and enjoyable experience for both mum and baby. The family would also appreciate support around establishing good feeding and sleeping habits from the beginning. They are looking for somebody who understands the importance of routine and can help create a calm and predictable structure for the baby while remaining responsive to their individual needs. They also have 2 cats in the home, so somebody pet friendly please.

• Providing 24-hour care for a newborn baby

Candidate Specification

• Experienced maternity nurse with excellent newborn knowledge
• Strong breastfeeding support experience essential
