A wonderful family in Maida Vale are looking for a kind, gentle and warm nanny/carer to support their adorable 3-year-old son, who has a rare skin condition that requires careful handling and a specialised daily care routine. You will join a small, dedicated team of nannies and carers who share the same goal: to give this little boy a joyful, safe and stimulating childhood.

This role would suit someone with a naturally nurturing personality, patience, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference. Ideally some experience with SEN or complex medical conditions would be a bonus – full training will be provided by the family. What matters most is empathy, gentleness, willingness to learn, and a calm, reassuring approach.
Hours:
Average 35 - 40 hours per week.

The role consists of 2.5 day shifts and 1 waking night shift per week. Day shifts are typically 10 hours and the waking night shift is 12 hours (8pm–8am).

As this is a team-based role, we are looking for someone who can offer some flexibility to provide additional cover when other carers are on annual leave or unavailable. These additional shifts may be either day shifts or waking night shifts, depending on the family's needs, and will be arranged in advance wherever possible.
