Exceptional Nanny / Family PA Required – Chiswick, London

A warm, welcoming and professional family based in Chiswick is seeking an experienced and highly capable Nanny / Family PA to support their two young daughters and assist with the smooth running of family life.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing, emotionally intelligent childcare professional who has experience supporting children with emotional regulation needs and a genuine passion for child development.
The Children
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for two girls aged 6 and 3 years old.
The eldest attends a highly regarded academic school and is a bright, engaging child who displays some characteristics associated with ADHD and experiences big emotions. While no formal diagnosis has been made, the family is seeking a nanny with experience supporting emotional regulation, neurodiverse children, or children requiring additional emotional support.
The youngest child attends nursery full-time from 9:00am to 3:15pm.
The family also has older children within the wider household; however, the nanny's responsibilities will be focused solely on the two younger girls.
The Role
This is a full-time Nanny / Family PA position, combining exceptional childcare with family support and household coordination.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing the children's daily routines and wellbeing
School and nursery collections
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behavioural development
Assisting with homework and educational activities
Planning engaging after-school activities and enriching experiences
Organising clubs, classes and holiday activities
Planning outings and activities during school holidays
Managing children's diaries, appointments and schedules
Ordering children's supplies and household essentials
Supporting general family administration
Liaising with household staff and external providers
Ensuring a calm, organised and nurturing environment for the children
The Ideal Candidate
The family is seeking someone who:
Has substantial professional nanny experience
Has experience supporting children with ADHD traits, emotional regulation challenges, or neurodiverse needs
Has a background or strong interest in play therapy, child psychology, emotional coaching, or similar disciplines
Is calm, patient and highly emotionally intelligent
Can confidently support homework and educational development
Is organised, proactive and capable of working independently
Has excellent administrative and PA skills
Presents professionally and understands the expectations of a private household
