Exciting opportunity for an adaptable and organised rota Nanny to assist a lovely family in Florence! The Nanny will be responsible in caring for two boys aged 2 and 1 years as well as the family's third child who is currently 2.5 months old (Maternity Nurse employed until August). Working on a 2 weeks on/off basis alongside another rota Nanny, this role will be on a sole and shared charge basis as Mum is very hands on. This role involves all nursery duties, supporting the children’s development, assisting the mother, cooking and planning engaging activities including outdoor play, arts and crafts, and educational experiences. The ideal candidate will be active, energetic, a team player, upbeat, creative, adventurous and outdoorsy, with a genuine passion for childcare. Must be competent and experienced in caring for two or more children at once and also discrete and respectful of family privacy and values. The role includes travel, particularly to the French countryside, and flexibility is essential. An English, Spanish, or French speaker required. The nanny must be confident cooking and comfortable working as part of a team in a staffed household when in France, and a housekeeper / cook in Florence). A driver is required and a car will be provided. Accommodation is a private bedroom and bathroom. Offering a salary of around £75,000gpa, with some flexibility depending on experience.
