A warm, professional, high-net-worth family based in Chelsea are seeking an exceptional Daily Nanny to care
for their two boys aged 14 months and 4 years old.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional nanny who enjoys working in partnership with hands-on
parents and creating a calm, nurturing and stimulating environment for children. The role will involve a mixture
of shared care and sole charge, supporting the children’s development whilst becoming a valued part of the
family team.

The eldest child, aged 4, is bright, curious and highly intelligent. Sporty, musical and endlessly inquisitive, he
loves learning, exploring new interests and discovering the world around him. His younger brother, aged 14
months, is a happy and thriving toddler who is enjoying this exciting stage of development and would benefit
from a nanny who genuinely enjoys supporting early milestones and learning through play.

The family follow a gentle parenting philosophy and are seeking a nanny who embraces this approach whilst
confidently providing age-appropriate guidance, structure and boundaries. They would love to find someone
warm, emotionally intelligent and collaborative, with a genuine passion for child development.

The ideal candidate will be cultured, creative and intellectually curious, with interests in arts, music, museums,
galleries and cultural experiences. A love of learning, creativity and introducing children to the world around
them would be highly valued. Equally, an active, outdoorsy and sporty nature would be a great fit for the
family.

A background or interest in child development, psychology or physiology would be highly regarded, alongside
relevant childcare qualifications. Experience working in partnership with hands-on parents and supporting
families who embrace a gentle parenting approach would be highly beneficial.

Candidates should have previous experience working within high-net-worth households and ideally within fully
staffed homes. A proven track record of longevity in previous positions, alongside professionalism, discretion
and strong communication skills, is highly desirable.

Duties will include planning engaging activities and outings, supporting developmental milestones, managing
routines, preparing healthy meals for the children, overseeing nursery duties, encouraging school readiness
and ensuring the children’s overall wellbeing and happiness.

The role involves regular travel during school holidays, including extended periods over the summer, as well as
time spent at the family’s Oxfordshire residence. Flexibility and a genuine enthusiasm for travel are therefore
essential.
