We are seeking two experienced, highly organised and proactive Rota Nanny/PAs to join a warm, busy family household based between London and Sussex. This is a one-week-on, one-week-off rota position supporting three children aged 9, 10 and 12, who attend boarding school in Berkshire during the week and return home at weekends.
The successful candidates will work closely as part of a team to ensure the children’s routines, school commitments, activities and day-to-day arrangements are managed smoothly and professionally.
The Role
The children will be collected from school on Friday afternoons and returned on Monday mornings. Weekends will involve supporting their routines, accompanying them to activities, overseeing homework and providing a calm, organised and nurturing environment.
• Taking the children to activities such as horse riding, dance classes, football and other commitments
• Overseeing homework and school preparation
• Cooking healthy, balanced meals
• Supporting the children’s routines, wardrobes and general organisation
• Providing a warm, polite and approachable presence within the household
Key Responsibilities
This is a varied position combining hands-on childcare at weekends with child-related PA duties during the working week. Responsibilities will include:
• Liaising with the school and communicating with teachers as needed
• Responding to emails and managing child-related correspondence
• Managing the children’s diaries and schedules
• Organising parties, gifts and travel arrangements
• Researching activities when the family travels overseas
• Managing wardrobes, shopping and running errands
About You
The ideal candidates will be confident, discreet, highly organised and able to think ahead. You will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment. A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar Nanny/PA role is essential
• Degree educated
• Confident driver; a driving licence is essential

Working Pattern
This is a one-week-on, one-week-off rota role. Flexibility is required, particularly when travelling with the family or when longer shifts are needed. A confident driver with a full driving licence is essential.
Additional Information
The family has cats and dogs who are very much part of the household, so candidates must be comfortable around animals. When on duty, the Nanny/PA will have their own bedroom and bathroom. Previous experience in a similar Nanny/PA role is essential, and degree-educated candidates are preferred.
