Nanny-Housekeeper
We are a warm and busy family based in Wimbledon, with two working parents and two happy, sociable daughters aged 4 and 6. We are looking for an experienced, proactive and professional Nanny/Housekeeper who enjoys working with children while also taking pride in running an organised and welcoming home.

This is a long-term position for someone who can become an integral part of our family life. The role is approximately a 50/50 split between childcare and household management.

We particularly value a well-organised and presentable home, allowing me to spend quality and intentional time with our Children outside of work. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted right-hand person, taking ownership of day-to-day household organisation and supporting our family wherever needed.

Childcare Responsibilities
• Managing the children's morning routine and helping them get ready for school, clubs and holiday camps.
• School and activity drop-offs and pick-ups within the Wimbledon area, coordinated weekly with the parents.
• Caring for the children during school holidays and occasional inset days.
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, outings and playdates.
• Supervising playdates at home.
• Assisting with homework and encouraging positive learning habits.
• Maintaining a calm, nurturing and supportive environment.
• Encouraging good manners, independence and positive behaviour in line with the family's values.
• Communicating regularly with parents regarding schedules, activities and the children's wellbeing.
• Keeping the children's bedrooms, wardrobes and belongings organised and tidy.

Housekeeping Responsibilities
Whilst the children are at school or attending activities, responsibilities will include:
• Daily household tidying and organisation.
• Making beds and opening curtains each morning.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Hoovering, mopping and general household upkeep.
• Laundry management, including washing, folding and putting away clothes.
• Wardrobe organisation and seasonal clothing management.
• Preparing nutritious meals for the children and occasional family dinners.
• Managing online grocery orders and household supplies.
• Preparing guest bedrooms for visiting family and friends.
Please note that a professional cleaner carries out a weekly deep clean.

Family Administration Support
Occasional administrative support may include:
• Assisting with school-related administration.
• Arranging online returns and exchanges.
• Taking parcels and post to the Post Office.
• Coordinating laundry and ironing services.
• Running occasional household errands.

The ideal candidate will be:
• Experienced in both childcare and housekeeping within private households.
• Warm, caring and confident with young children.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail oriented.
• Reliable, trustworthy and discreet.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• A confident cook who enjoys preparing healthy family meals.
• A strong communicator who works collaboratively with parents.
• Happy to take ownership of household organisation and family logistics.
• Looking for a long-term role with a family.
