Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' professional nanny experience
• Native English speaker preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning
• Educationally focused approach to childcare
• Experience supporting English language acquisition highly advantageous
• Confident planning engaging, screen-free activities and learning opportunities
• Automatic driving licence essential
• Flexible and happy to travel extensively with the family

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced, engaging, and educationally minded live-in nanny to join a lovely Turkish family as they embark on an exciting new chapter relocating from Turkey to London. The family are seeking a professional nanny who is passionate about child development, language acquisition, and creating enriching experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a genuine love of learning. The role will begin in Turkey during August 2026, allowing the successful candidate to build a relationship with the children and support them through their transition before the family relocates to their new home in Battersea ahead of the school year. During this period, the nanny will be provided with private hotel accommodation and will play a key role in helping the children settle into new routines, environments, and educational expectations. The role centres around two delightful children aged 6 and 4 years. Both children are bright, curious, and eager to learn. They have a basic understanding of English and can communicate at an introductory level, but the family is keen to provide them with greater exposure to the language through everyday conversation, play, reading, outings, and meaningful interactions. The family also has a 14-year-old son who is independent and does not require childcare support.
