English-Speaking Nanny | Full-Time Position (40h/week) | Lyon 6

A warm and respectful French family based in Lyon 6 is looking for an English-speaking nanny to care for their three young children, aged 2 months, 2 years, and 4 years old. This long-term position is ideal for a proactive, highly organized, and nurturing professional who enjoys creating a structured, joyful, and stimulating environment, while naturally supporting the children’s development through English in everyday life. The position can be either live-in (with a private bathroom) or live-out, and involves approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule includes weekday afternoons from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm, full-day care on Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, two evenings of babysitting per week, as well as additional hours to be discussed with the family.

The family is looking for a discreet, reliable, and confident nanny who can set gentle boundaries while remaining warm, playful, and fully engaged in the children’s routines and activities.

Responsibilities include:
• attentive childcare
• planning age-appropriate activities
• preparing meals for the children
• light child-related household tasks

Salary and conditions will be discussed depending on experience and profile, with an expected salary range of 2,300€ to 2,500€ net per month. An eight-day paid trial period will be organised to ensure the right fit for everyone.
