Full-Time Nanny Required – Warm, Experienced & Long-Term
A lovely first-time family are looking for an exceptional full-time nanny to care for their baby, who is currently 13 weeks old.
Dad returns to work full-time in September, with Mum returning in November. They are ideally looking for someone to start anytime between now and mid/end of September to allow for a smooth transition.
Hours
Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30am–6:30pm. As first-time parents, they appreciate there may be some flexibility needed once they are both back at work and are happy to discuss and tweak the schedule with the successful nanny.
The Ideal Nanny
The family are seeking someone with:
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience caring for babies and toddlers.
• Proven longevity in previous nanny roles.
• A warm, nurturing and child-led approach to childcare.
• A proactive, upbeat and engaging personality.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and keeping up to date with milestones.
They would love to find someone who will become a valued part of their family—someone they can rely on completely and who will be their “fourth member of the family.” As they have no family nearby, finding the right person is especially important to them.
The parents are looking for a nanny who will confidently guide and support them through the early years, sharing knowledge and experience while involving them as much as possible in their child’s development.
The nanny will be proactive in planning age-appropriate activities both at home and out in the community, encouraging learning through play and ensuring their little one reaches key developmental milestones in a fun, stimulating and nurturing environment.
A driver is not required. Travel with the family may be offered but is not essential.
