A warm and welcoming family based just off Kensington High Street are seeking an experienced, qualified, and professional rota nanny to care for their delightful 18-month-old twin girls. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a career nanny who enjoys working within a fully staffed household and providing exceptional care during the early years.

Working on a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation, you will work closely with the parents and household staff to provide consistency, routine, and a nurturing environment. The twins are happy, well-adjusted little girls with an established routine, sleeping from approximately 7:30pm–6:00 am.

The family follow a gentle parenting approach and are looking for a nanny who is calm, emotionally intelligent, flexible, organised, and a genuine team player. The mother is very hands-on, with a balance of shared and sole-charge care throughout the day. Mornings often see Mum and the daily nanny taking the twins to Holland Park and local activities, allowing the rota nanny a structured break before resuming duties later in the day.

The role includes extensive international travel and occasional proxy parenting. Whilst on duty, the nanny will have their own private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the children's floor of the home.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Providing exceptional care for 18-month-old twin girls.
* Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development.
* Maintaining established routines for meals, naps, play, bath time, and bedtime.
* Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children.
* Managing the children's laundry, wardrobes, and nursery organisation.
* Supporting developmental milestones and encouraging independence.
* Accompanying the family on international travel.
* Providing sole-charge and occasional proxy parenting.
* Working collaboratively with parents and household staff.
* Ensuring the children's safety, wellbeing, and happiness at all times.

Essential Requirements

* Recognised childcare qualification (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent).
* Significant professional nanny experience, including twins.
* Previous rota nanny experience within a private household.
* Excellent knowledge of toddler development and early years.
* Calm, nurturing, emotionally intelligent, and highly organised.
* Flexible with a positive, collaborative approach.
* Confident working within a fully staffed household.
* Happy to travel extensively.
* Fluent English essential - additional language HUGE bonus and very welcomed (particularly Italian!)

Salary & Benefits

* £75,000 gross per annum, depending on experience.
