Overview:
A warm, hands-on family in Holland Park (W11) is seeking a confident and proactive Weekend Nanny to support with three children (G10, B8, B5). The role suits someone calm and firm, with a fun, engaging approach, who can positively influence behaviour and step in before situations escalate.

Key Details:
- Location: Holland Park, W11.
- Salary: Up to £30 gross/hour, depending on experience.
- Start: ASAP / flexible start date.
- Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
- Start: approx. 12:00–13:00 (flexible)
- Finish: 20:00–20:30
- Children: three children aged 10, 8, 5.

Responsibilities:
- Full nanny care on weekends: engaging the children, planning activities, and managing routines.
- Strong focus on manners, respectful language, and calm boundaries.
- Proactively organise the children’s spaces (bedrooms/play areas), encourage tidy habits, and set/keep weekend structure.
- Support positive behaviour and family etiquette with calm, consistent boundaries.
- Liaise with parents on what’s working and offer practical strategies to keep standards consistent.
- Child-related housekeeping (children’s laundry, tidying, prep for the week) as time allows.

Candidate Requirements:
- Calm, firm, and confident with the ability to command respect while staying warm and fun.
- Highly proactive - able to see what needs doing and do it without being asked.
- Experienced with multiple children and managing sibling dynamics.
- Driver required.
