Our returning clients based in South Kensington are seeking a wonderful daily nanny to support them in the care of their young son - born November 2025. This is a full-time; sole charge Nanny role to start September 2026 (some flexibility to the start date if required).

The general schedule will average 48-50 hours per week, although they may require occasional longer hours. The general weekly schedule is 48hrs but the salary allows for an average of 50hrs per week.

Salary 52-54,500 gross annual

Monday-Thursday 9:30-7:30

Friday 9:30-5:30 Flexibility needed for timing shifts on Fridays cover evenings.

A strong preference for candidates who are open to working one weekend day Saturday or Sunday every 4-6 weeks

Core Responsibilities
Collaborative Childcare: Manage the day-to-day routine (feeding, sleep, hygiene) and foster developmental milestones. This includes "rustling up" engaging activities like sensory play, cooking sessions, and educational outings. Keep child's play areas and bedroom tidy, manage the child’s laundry. Pack and unpack child for all travel. While your main focus is childcare being a team player is important to the family, this could look like emptying/loading the dishwasher or helping with the occasional return etc.

Global Travel: Willingness to accompany the family on occasional international and UK-based trips, ensuring all child-related logistics are managed. When you travel with the family you will be sharing a room with the baby.

Annual Leave: 5.6 week of annual leave. Coordination with the family's vacation schedule for all leave is highly preferred. 2-weeks should be taken in the summer in a mutually agreeable time. Around 1.5 weeks surrounding Christmas/ New Years as determined by the family. Possibly a few days around American Thanksgiving. The family will also try to accommodate the Nanny's holiday requests.

Language: An Italian speaker is strongly preferred - but not essential
Skills: A confident swimmer and a driver comfortable in both the UK and Europe.
Professionalism: High level of initiative, and a commitment to long-term placement.
