A warm and highly discreet UHNW family based in Manchester is seeking an experienced Italian-speaking Live-in Nanny to provide dedicated care for their delightful 2-year-old child from September 2026.

The household consists of three adults, one child, and a small dog. The family values privacy, trust, kindness, and calm professionalism, and they are looking for a Nanny who is naturally warm, adaptable, and confident in working within a fully staffed private home. This position would suit someone who can integrate seamlessly into family life while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

The successful candidate will take sole charge of the child’s daily care and routines, ensuring a nurturing, stimulating, and development-focused environment. Responsibilities will include preparing healthy meals, organising engaging age-appropriate activities, supporting naps and routines, and encouraging the child’s emotional, social, and developmental growth through gentle and attentive care.

The family travels regularly throughout Europe and internationally, therefore flexibility and a genuine enjoyment of travelling are essential. The Nanny will also be expected to work harmoniously alongside other household staff and become a trusted and valued part of the family’s close-knit household.

Candidate Requirements
-Fluent Italian speaker (essential)
-Spanish speaking abilities highly appreciated
-Solid experience with toddlers of a similar age
-Previous experience within UHNW households is highly desirable
-Warm, discreet, organised, energetic, and professional approach
-Flexible, travel-ready, and confident adapting to the family’s schedule
-Driving licence beneficial but not essential
-Seeking a long-term role within a private family setting

Role Details
-Live-in accommodation provided within the family home
-Approximately 50 hours per week across 5 days, long hours may be asked according to the family’s needs
-Opportunity to accompany the family on holidays, international travel
-Long-term position with a respectful and welcoming family

Salary
Starting from £70,000 gross per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements: at least 3 years of experience in childcare and with similar age of children, Updated CV, Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid, 2 excellent references, right to live and work in the uk.
