A warm and welcoming family in Fulham are seeking an experienced Part-Time Housekeeper Nanny to help maintain their family home whilst providing loving care for their 10 month old son when required

Job Summary:
A lovely family based in Fulham are looking for a proactive, organised and child friendly Housekeeper Nanny to join them on a long term basis. This is a predominantly housekeeping-focused role with some childcare responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys creating a clean and organised home whilst confidently caring for a young child. The family value reliability, initiative and a positive attitude, and are looking for someone who will become a trusted part of their household.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for maintaining the family's home to a high standard, ensuring it remains clean, organised and running efficiently. Alongside the housekeeping duties, the role includes caring for the family's 10 month old son.

The child attends nursery on Monday and Wednesday. On Thursdays he will be cared by the Housekeeper Nanny with support from his parents or grandparents as he does not attend nursery on those days.

Days and hours:
• Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays
• 1:30pm to 6:30pm (Mon and Weds), 8:30am to 6:30pm (Thurs)

Job specification:
• Cleaning and tidying throughout the home
• Hoovering and dusting
• Laundry and ironing
• Wardrobe management
• Occasional meal preparation
• Occasional dog walking
• Nursery pick-up
• Preparing and serving meals for the child
• Playing and providing age-appropriate activities
• Taking the child to local parks and playgrounds
• Settling the child for naps
• Providing a safe, caring and engaging environment

Candidate specification:
• Have previous experience in a similar Housekeeper Nanny role
• Be child-friendly with experience caring for young children
• Have a good standard of spoken and written English
• Hold an up-to-date DBS certificate and Paediatric First Aid qualification
• Have excellent attention to detail and high housekeeping standards
• Be able to work independently and use their own initiative
• Confident with dogs - Family have a gentle labrador who will require occasional walking
• Be a non-smoker
• Be reliable, proactive and well organised
• Optional: extra hours e.g. babysitting available on occasion, with scope to increase role as family needs evolve


Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & First Aid Certificate (can be funded by the family – must be willing to obtain but not essential at point of hiring)
