Location: Beautiful countryside village near Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Salary: £38,000–£50,000+ depending on experience

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with flexibility for the right person)

We are a warm, welcoming and fun-loving family looking for an exceptional Nanny/Nanny-Housekeeper to become an important part of our family for many years to come.

We welcome applications from experienced candidates already living in the UK with the legal right to work, as well as overseas applicants who already hold the appropriate right to work in the UK.

We have two wonderful boys aged 5 and 8 who are full of personality, love being outdoors and enjoy learning, exploring and having fun. One of our sons is mildly autistic, so experience supporting autistic or neurodivergent children would be highly desirable. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is naturally patient, calm and confident helping children navigate big emotions, changing behaviours and the normal ups and downs of family life.

This is much more than a job, we’re looking for someone who wants to become a valued and trusted part of our family and help our boys grow into kind, confident and happy young people.

Responsibilities

* Helping with morning and evening routines.
* Accompanying mum on school drop-offs and collections.
* Planning fun, educational and outdoor activities.
* Supporting the children’s emotional wellbeing and development.
* Preparing healthy family meals.
* Children’s laundry and bedroom organisation.
* General housekeeping to keep our home running smoothly.
* Family laundry, ironing and household organisation.
* Grocery shopping and occasional errands.
* Working alongside Mum and Dad to create a calm, happy family home.

About You

You will be:

* An experienced nanny or nanny-housekeeper.
* Warm, kind, organised and proactive.
* Calm under pressure and confident supporting changing emotions and behaviours.
* Experienced with autism or additional needs (desirable but not essential).
* A confident driver (preferred).
* Looking for a long-term position with one family.

Live-in Accommodation

If you choose the live-in option, you’ll have your own private accommodation including:

* Private bedroom.
* Private bathroom.
* Fully equipped kitchen.
* Separate living space.
* Private outdoor garden/patio.
* Use of a car if required.
